Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with CoWo House.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at 15 Commercial Way? How about for a day or a month?

  At 15 Commercial Way, you can book a Meeting Room for a flexible hourly rate. For those who require a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. And for those seeking a long-term solution, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I visit 15 Commercial Way before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like.
