The worst office management I have ever dealt with. This isn’t a professional business transaction; it’s a shakedown. They are completely uninterested in service and only focused on draining your bank account with 'hidden fees' that they can never seem to explain. When you call them out on it, the staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. They hide behind a contract like a shield, acting as if they 'own' you because you signed it. If you try to ask for clarification, you’re met with attitude and a 'just pay it' response. They are nearly impossible to reach until they want money, and once they have you on the hook, the professionalism vanishes. Save your money and your sanity, stay far away from these people. Business above all is about relationships and trust. A contract might get you a hidden fees that you cannot explain, but integrity and reliability are what keep the doors open.

I sent a request for more information and quotes for different options. After 3 days emailing with three different people, 30 something exchanged emails, I had somebody email me asking what I was looking for. Not really sure what's up with this place but I went from very excited to kind of laughing like it was some joke
