Dozens of people waiting for hours in the lobby for hours and nobody from PSI showed up. Called customer service line and they were rude and no help.

Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026 Purpose of Visit: I-9 Employment Verification Appointment On Saturday, July 18, 2026, I had a scheduled 10:00 a.m. appointment at the PSI Testing Center located at 6397 Emerald Parkway, Suite 125, Dublin, Ohio, for an I-9 employment verification. I arrived on time, checked in, and informed the staff member at the that I was there for my scheduled appointment. The only employee working at the time advised that she needed to check in the individuals waiting in the lobby before assisting me. Although I had a scheduled appointment, I accepted this explanation and took a seat in the lobby to wait my turn. At approximately 10:36 a.m., the employee announced, "I can help the next person." It was finally my turn after waiting 36 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment, I stood and approached the office to complete my verification. The employee immediately confronted me, instructing me to sit back down, stating that she first needed to check in all of the remaining individuals in the lobby for testing. Every person waiting in the lobby had arrived after me. I expressed my frustration, explaining that I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment and had already waited 36 minutes beyond my appointment time. I also pointed out that there appeared to be no process for honoring appointment order, as additional test takers could continue arriving and be checked in ahead of me indefinitely. Rather than addressing my concerns or explaining the process, the employee instructed me to leave the facility and reschedule my appointment. I asked for her name and position so I could document the incident and escalate the issue to her supervisor, but she refused to provide either. Based on the other reviews here, this appears to be Margaret, an older white woman, and an apparent repeat offender of this same gross, unprofessional misconduct. She was the only employee staffing the facility this morning, making her readily identifiable based on the date, time, and location of this incident. The situation reflects serious concerns regarding customer service, professionalism, and appointment management. While I understand that staffing challenges can occur, customers should be treated respectfully, appointments should be managed fairly, and concerns should be addressed professionally rather than by directing customers to leave and reschedule after they have already waited well beyond their scheduled appointment time.

Margaret(older white woman) is a rude and unprofessional proctor. Accused me of lying as soon as I walked in the door and tried to escort me out as I was requesting information from Leah. Leah was at least professional as well as a younger black man that works there. At a previous testing I was misinformed that you could arrive at any time to take a test by an older black woman. Margaret insisted she knew better than I because no older black woman works there. Who checked me in on May 4th Margaret? I di not appreciate PSI employing proctors that will call you a liar and not give you the benefit of a doubt. Margaret began recording me while I was asking for the number to contact their manager. This was a completely unprofessional interaction and I would urge you to choose a different test center if you don't want to be accused upon arrival. I hope Margaret leads the life she deserves.
