I’ve visited Penzone’s Base One in Dublin twice now and both experiences have been absolutely amazing! The first time I came in for an eyebrow wax with Lucy and left so impressed! Not only were my brows perfect, but she walked me through every step, explained the products, and made me feel so comfortable. This time I came back for dermaplaning, an eyebrow wax, and a facial and once again, she blew me away. My skin has never looked or felt better! Lucy is so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about her clients. She truly is the best in the business and I cannot recommend her enough!

I have been here twice, twice for hair and once for a facial and each time I've enjoyed it more than I did at the other penzones. The hair stylists in training have both been so kind and patient and really seem to care and want to make your experience a good one! All of the other times at the Dublin/Polaris penzone I felt I was rushed through and not actually taken seriously. I will definitely keep using base one. Love how easy it is to book my appointments and the space is great. The two hair stylists I really liked were Caitlyn and Jenna!

Very bad experience as had new trainee and she didn’t know anything and brought a big amount of bleach to take color off my hair Base One Penzone’s / Would not listen to me , couldn’t provide a color swatch for highlights and finally showed me a bozo the clown color swatch. I was so freaked out and told her I did not want her to touch my hair at all and said I was leaving I loved Penzone’s but not sure I would go back to the trainees ever and I am so upset and anxious from even going there.
