COhatch Delaware is THE coworking destination! Located in the old Gazette building, COhatch Delaware features more than 80 coworking seats, 21 private offices and 6 meeting rooms. But don’t work too hard! We wouldn’t want the movie theater, game room/arcade, and Speakeasy to feel neglected.

This is such a perfect venue. I had my son's 18th birthday party there last year and just had his graduation party there last night. We had photos of him shuffling on the big screen and music playing. There is such a nice amount of space and the game room is loads of fun! The only downside is the steps. There is no elevator for anyone who might need one. Laurie's attention to detail is to be commended. She gets customer service. I highly recommend Co-Hatch Delaware.

Amazing place to have any type of event! We had our son’s high school graduation party in the theater room and it was beyond amazing! Laurie was wonderful getting us scheduled! We were able to have parents sitting in theatre seating watching a movie while the younger bunch played arcade games, ping pong, air hockey and a good time to themselves. Highly recommend CoHatch! Thanks Laurie!

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with COhatch, who is more than happy to help out.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with COhatch.
