Attended a wedding at Delaware CoHatch. It was wonderful. The space was clean, lots of natural light, and the aesthetic of this space is beautiful.
We used the cohatch for our daughter’s wedding and reception. As the mother of the bride I have no photos because I was busy prepping and running around, however when the photos come back from the photographer I am happy to share. It was a beautiful space, it felt comfortable and easy to transition from wedding ceremony to reception.
Really appreciate how connecting with others in the community becomes so easy in a place like COhatch. The community manager, Laurie, has fostered a great atmosphere in the space for people to get work done and share life alongside each other.
This is such a perfect venue. I had my son's 18th birthday party there last year and just had his graduation party there last night. We had photos of him shuffling on the big screen and music playing. There is such a nice amount of space and the game room is loads of fun! The only downside is the steps. There is no elevator for anyone who might need one. Laurie's attention to detail is to be commended. She gets customer service. I highly recommend Co-Hatch Delaware.
What a great space! It was wonderful to work with Laurie! She is very kind and helpful. Beyond expectations.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
COhatch - Delaware is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with COhatch, who is more than happy to help out.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with COhatch.
