COhatch Delaware is THE coworking destination! Located in the old Gazette building, COhatch Delaware features more than 80 coworking seats, 21 private offices and 6 meeting rooms. But don’t work too hard! We wouldn’t want the movie theater, game room/arcade, and Speakeasy to feel neglected.

I've been to several COhatch locations and love all the different flavors and feels, but nothing compares to the Delaware COhatch! Very family-oriented, never TOO busy, always friendly. The Community Manager makes the space more welcoming with frequent themed-parties, homemade goodies, and finding new and creative ways to connect members. The theatre room downstairs is a great resource and the location in downtown Delaware is unmatched. HIGHLY recommend! And tell Laurie (the community manager) I said hey ;)

In August, I hosted a birthday party at CoHatch in their Theater room. It was a perfect space for our back to the future themed event! Definitely host events here again in the future. I also work from there weekly and as a coworker in space it has been so helpful! I love the connections I make with other small business owners and it has been a wonderful place to work from.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with COhatch, who is more than happy to help out.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with COhatch.
