I would strongly advise extreme caution before signing even a monthly agreement with Regus. In fairness, the office staff are extremely nice and very helpful. I have used Regus for many years in multiple states. However, Regus as a corporation is not US based and therefore your options are limited. Having learned the hard way to not sign a long term agreement (it's NOT a lease) with Regus, I opted for a monthly agreement most recently which was fine for about 5 months when I received notice that my rate was nearly doubling starting the next month. So naturally I cancelled immediately. Unfortunately, if you cancel any day into the month your in, you cannot terminate until the month following, per their policy. In other words, they told me on the 3rd of the month my fees would double starting the following month but because I canceled on the 3rd, the agreement doesn't terminate until the month after! So I am ending up paying almost twice as much for an office the final month for an office I don't even need since I had to find another office immediately to coordinate a move. It's very unethical. There are a LOT of options out there so shop wisely! UPDATE: In addition to having to have to pay nearly twice the previous rent for a month I didn't even need I just received an invoice for $800 for "office restoration". When I took the office I have it wasn't clean at all. The floor needed vacuumed and the window was filthy and it clearly had not been painted. So Regus is obviously collecting an additional fee for doing nothing. JUST READ THE FINE PRINT.

I would not sign up with this organization ever, especially this location. Front desk is clueless and will not help you with canceling. They told me I was canceled but still charged me 4x my monthly amount when I clearly showed I canceled the contract. Constant outages with the wifi and the A/C constantly goes out in the summer time. No one from the corporate office will help you because they lock you in an unfair contract and make it extremely difficult to cancel. Jason is someone that can not be trusted as he isn't clear with hidden fees and does what it takes to lock you in and not help you once you are signed up. He also will not give you your referral bonus which is unfortunate since I referred someone. This organizations takes advantage of small business owners which is unfortunate. I would stay far away
