We just started leasing office space in a building managed by Alterra. They have an excellent online management platform where you can make your service requests and pay bills. They frequently update the status of your request as well as assigning a staff member and an urgency level to it. I think this helps with transparency and allows me to see staff updates that are made as the request is being managed. We have enjoyed every interaction with the staff here, and they are all super helpful and communicative. They go out of their way to help tenants transition into the building and get what they need. Amy, Martha, Mona, Tyler, and Chad have all been amazing. We are thrilled to be in the building.

Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Alterra Real Estate Advisors.
