Horrible experience - pay the extra $300 or whatever it may be and go with a real company. I had a lease here for 12 months. They add in clauses (like a top up deposit) and 6-month notification period, which sneakily get you to agree to longer terms without truly giving you consent. WATCH OUT. They do not care about you - they care about sneaky ways to snag a few bucks. Horrible company, These hidden clauses are all over the place and there’s no one to answer to it apart from the front desk worker, who is just a vessel of the agreement and has no authority or knowledge. Save yourself time, money, and headache and avoid this place at all costs.

Please do your research before signing a lease with this company! This company is full of heartless crooks! I finished my lease with them and they are trying to force me into a renewal I’ve declined multiple times. I’ve emailed over and over yet they continue to try and take hundreds and thousands from my account! Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Eve are the days they’ve reached out to me to threaten legal action if I don’t pay for a lease I never agreed to. This is insane and I’ve never dealt with anything like this!

Steer clear of Regus / Spaces owned co-working offices. This location has some nice facilities with nice amenities but the company has some really scammy sketchy billing practices. They lock you into an agreement where you're on the hook for a whole extra month regardless of when you cancel. They bill on a weird schedule where they expect you to pay for the next month halfway through the current month. Its weird and sketchy and its impossible to get anybody on the phone to talk to about billing or cancelling.

I was walking around looking at it. Seems like a nice place. I didn't inquire too much about it while I was there. Nice area and close to downtown & lake.
