We never expected to write a review like this. Our company has been using Spaces for over a year. We rent office space in Toronto and regularly organize professional wine tasting events at Spaces locations across North America. Until recently, we had always been happy with the service and genuinely believed we had found a reliable long-term partner. Unfortunately, after experiencing serious issues in Cleveland, Chicago, Charlotte, and Los Angeles, our confidence in Spaces has been greatly affected. Our experience in Cleveland was by far the most disappointing. Before our event, we shipped several cases of wine to the venue. FedEx confirmed that every package had been delivered before the tasting. When we arrived, however, two cases could not be located. Our President arrived an hour before the event to make sure everything was ready. He showed the team the FedEx delivery confirmations and simply asked for help locating the missing shipments. For more than two hours, he waited while trying to get answers. Instead of receiving support, he was repeatedly told that nothing more could be done. Eventually, after continuing to ask for an update, he was even told that security could be called if he remained on the premises. As a paying client, this was incredibly frustrating. We were not asking for special treatment. We were simply trying to locate products that had already been delivered to the venue for our event. What has been just as disappointing is everything that happened afterward. We were told the matter would be escalated and that someone would contact us. Instead, we found ourselves following up again and again, sending the same documents to different people, and having to explain the situation from the beginning each time. It never felt like anyone was truly taking ownership of the issue. Although the situations in Chicago, Charlotte, and Los Angeles were different, they all left us with the same impression: poor communication between locations and very little follow-through when problems arise. We know that not every Spaces location operates this way, and that is why this experience has been so disappointing. We truly enjoyed working with Spaces and hoped to continue doing so. We simply believe that when loyal clients encounter serious problems, they deserve clear communication, accountability, and genuine support. We sincerely hope this feedback leads to meaningful improvements so that no other client has to go through a similar experience. Pascal Fernand APVSA

Engaged in a lawsuit with the developer here over billing overcharges. Was told that I would have 2 months free, then charged 3 months on my first day. Taking it to court and filed federal small business protection claims. Regus does not support our doctors and medical professional small businesses. Avoid for illegal activities and lacking business ethics.

Excellent meeting location! Very clean and very quiet. The Coffee machine makes a great cup of coffee. Real mugs instead of paper. The office management is very attentive and professional. Parking is convenient and easily accessible.

We like our office here.
