Great place to work. Michele is incredibly welcoming, there are lots of fun events, and there’s an endless amount of coffee. I also love the monitors that are at each table, having a second screen was a must for me and limelight makes that easy even though I don’t sit in the same place every day.

Limelight, let me count the ways I love you! A place I can focus and work effectively. A place full of eclectic visuals that inspire and feed my soul. A place of belonging where Michele greets you, connects you and supports your business needs. Great private meeting rooms, clean kitchen, snazzy bathrooms, safe parking, and wonderful business connections. I've made new friends there and hosted community meetings there. Near West Side Market, restaurants, and coffee shop right next door. Grateful to be a part of the Limelight community!

I love this place. My work away from home place that is comfortable, cozy, and fostering productivity all at once. This can only happen because of our great Ohio City community manager, Michele! She brings a smile to my day every time I see her and she has answers to all the questions - no matter how minor.

Limelight is so worth the investment for me every month. As a solopreneur of my own life coaching business, I realized I needed not just a place to work and focus that's not my home or a coffee shop, but that I also really craved community of likeminded, driven professionals. It's one thing to have that space, but what I love most about Limelight (specifically the Ohio City location), is the culture and community that Michele, the OG manager there creates. She just always thinks above and beyond and adds so many little things into the experience that really add up to just being a fun place to be and hang out and get to know people. I've made a bunch of friends from there. Whether it's putting on Lunch gatherings for women entrepreneurs, workshops about grief or decluttering, or even just a question of the day on the white board that we get to laugh at everyone's answers, it feels like a collective, diverse team of people who work from here, even though we're all so different and working on different things. She also goes above and beyond to help people make individual connections with other members. When she knows something you're working on or dealing with, she'll actively think of other people to connect you with so it's a warm first meeting with someone and eliminates the awkwardness. The happy hours and slide show meet n greets are super fun. And for the holidays one year she hid envelopes with local business giftcards in them around the place in totally unexpected places. I found one under the couch seat! There's a great kitchen, coffee, and loads of freebees always available to munch on and some to purchase. There's also a big TV in the open area and there's one guy that always puts on the soccer matches that're going on which is fun. Everyone is super respectful as well. I also love the ability to hold workshops in the conference rooms and invite my clients to meet me in person at the office and have a private room to meet with them. There's also a rooftop which is great to hang out and catch some sun during the summer. (I'm a writer so don't mind the whole book this review ended up being, I wasn't paid to say any of this, haha.) So if I could sum it all up: Limelight. Huge fan. Worth the investment. Great vibe. Great chairs. Great rooftop. Great community. Thanks for all you do, Michele!

It would be great if any of these co-working spaces offered clear remote access options or posted straightforward details online about how to purchase and use a day pass. It would make planning so much easier.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Limelight, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Limelight.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
