I've really enjoyed getting to know the Marketer Collaborative team over the past year. They have a great, customer and community focused mission. They are so friendly and welcoming and I look forward to continuning to support them going forward.

This collaborative space and staff saved the day for me!! I'm a filmmaker, currently working on documentaries and needed to upload a day's worth of footage to my team server. I spent 4+ hours calling/visiting dozens of places testing their internet before luckily finding The Marketer Collaborative! The team on site, Isabel and Amy, helped me get into a private room with an ethernet port so I could upload the footage. The process was so fast and seamless! I walked around and took some current photos of all the incredible offerings of Marketer, including private office spaces, conference rooms, copy/print room, kitchen area and general hang out areas. They have so many options and the prices are unbeatable! I'd highly recommend this for anyone or business needing a friendly and well equipped place to set up shop for a day, month, or years! Perfect for startups or WFH folks that need an office setting with the "corporate" vibe, or any creatives that need the beehive style environment to get the creative juices flowing. Thank you for everything, wish all the best and hope to be back many times in the future!

As a small business owner, I value spaces that adapt to how I actually work, and The Marketer Collaborative does that well. I can move from one setup to another depending on what I need that day, whether it is recording a podcast, doing a shoot, working from the office, or holding a meeting - it all feels intentional and obviously well designed and thought out. I love the community. It is friendly, approachable, and not at all stuffy. You meet other entrepreneurs who are building and creating, and the staff makes the environment feel welcoming and easy to navigate. Of all the co-working spaces around, The Marketer Collaborative is a practical, well-thought-out space and the name says it all!

Our team loves working at the Marketer Collaborative. Amy and Isabel have been wonderful to work with. The transition has been extremely easy and we have enjoyed all of the amenities they have provided us. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a co-working space whether it be for a week or a couple months.

This is the 3rd OTR coworking space that I have worked out of over the past decade, and it is definitely my favorite. It is a beautiful space with good vibes and good people that makes for an ideal environment to focus and get productive.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, The Marketer Collaborative may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions.
