I have been here a year and have dealt with multiple accounting issues amongst other problems. The facility is clean you have 24 hour access and the offices are nice.? For a whole year I requested for my office to be painted and the nails and hose taken out the walls per Donna. The leasing agent promised me that they would do very quickly, but never got done In a whole year. Now they are telling me they are charging me an 800 restoration fee for Work. They never came in and completed and they took a $800 restoration fee from the last tenant that was here that left all their items that are still here. I also moved the previous tenants furniture out and move my own furniture in which they were supposed to do also They have very bad business practices, and you cannot talk to anyone but the receptionist and when it comes down to it, they’re gonna say you never talk to them about anything and you won’t have a log of anything. It’s a nice facility, but overall, I feel like they’re double dipping and stealing people’s money And this is a place that I planned on making my home office, but unfortunately I have to leave. And they’re basically telling me that they understand they never did anything they promise, but they’re still charging me the $800 Restoration fee, which is to Restore the office back for the next tenant to move in. My due the $800 is more than I even pay for rent. I pay 766 for rent.. And beware of Donna she will promise you everything and once you sign the lease, you will not be able to get in contact with her and she would not help you solve any issues that come about actually no one will.

The good thing is the view of the city is amazing. The bad thing is the sales experience is the worst unfortunately. Donna sold us quick and did not explain everything we would pay for and dodged us for multiple weeks after. If you want the space definitely work with different rep then Donna.

Regus at the PNC center in downtown Cincinnati is one of a kind! The two office staffers, Franny & Eva are so accommodating and help with everything. Couldn’t recommend their space more!
