Quality office space, however the staff will mislead you about costs of services. I had a membership here and explicitly asked if a booking was included with my membership which they confirmed it was and booked for me but I was subsequently charged for without any notice. UPDATE: They called me and basically said I should've just known their staff was lying and it was my fault for trusting their word.

If you are worried about Covid-19, Don't come to this Regus. I saw a group of at least a dozen people in the lobby and roaming the narrow hallways all at once. In the lobby people were laying down and sleeping. None of them wearing masks. I had to walk through this crowd to go to the bathroom. Apparently there is no mask policy for the public areas. Additionally the hallways and lobby are small and very narrow. Narrow hallways, and low ceilings doesn't provide much ventilation to begin with. You would think they would be more careful and make sure masks and social distancing is enforced. I was in a facility in florida were a business owner leasing a room tested positive for covid-19. They shut the whole place down for two days to do a deep cleaning. My Respect to that facility for doing everything they can to keep their clients safe. But sadly not here. I used a day office 2 days in the row. On the second day, I was placed in the same office (which I didn't mind). What caught my attention was what the Receptionist told me. She said "I'm putting you here cause you are the only one that's been in here". And because I was the only one there the day before I guess they felt they didn't have to clean the room. In every other location I have been in, they clean every room before they place anyone in there, regardless if you were the one who used the room the day before. It's not difficult to wipe the surfaces down with sanitizer and take the trash out. I'm forced to be here another day or 2, but I'll bring my own Lysol and wipes next time and clean the room myself. As for the mask policies. I just pray all those people that came in and hung around the hallways and lobby weren't carrying this deadly virus and spreading it to others. People don't care, until it hits home. I've had 2 friends die from this virus and it's real. I want to feel at least somewhat safe going to work. This Regus Let me down.
