Smooth move in outside of a few sanitary issues. Upon moving in, one of our two bedrooms smelled terribly. Luckily, the odor resolved itself over the holiday weekend, so the carpet cleaning offered on the next business day wasn’t necessary. Additionally, our balcony was very dirty when moving in. Walking barefoot on the balcony resulted in black feet. This should have been cleaned prior to new tenants moving in. The leasing agents were helpful in coordinating our move-in day and we had no other immediate issues.

I truly loved living here, it’s easily one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived. The staff takes incredible pride in the buildings and it really shows. Everything is always clean, well maintained, and professionally managed. During my time there I actually lived in two different apartments, and both were fantastic. The only reason I switched units was because I got pregnant and needed a second bedroom! I also worked from home while living here and never had any issues with noise or distractions, which made it a great place to spend a lot of time during the day. One thing that really stood out to me was how well packages were handled. At other places I’ve lived, packages were a nightmare, but here they were always organized and easy to find. I never once had an issue. The maintenance team deserves a shoutout too. They were always responsive, friendly, and quick to resolve anything that came up. We loved the small dog park (perfect for quick breaks with my dog) and the pool. The location is also amazing, there’s a coffee shop right downstairs, plus free resident coffee in the lobby. We loved being able to walk to Reds and Bengals games, restaurants, and nightlife. The ONLY reason we moved out was to give my baby and dog a house with a yard, and I still left kicking and screaming. If you’re looking for a place that is clean, well managed, and in an unbeatable location, I can’t recommend living here enough. 10/10
