The seating at the Kenwood location is awful. The only decent seating without people walking through is in the bar, which is randomly rented out, leaving nowhere to actually work. Might as well save your money and work from a coffee shop. It will likely have more comfortable seating.

I rented a private office at COhatch for over a year while I searched for and eventually purchased my own space — and that's the only reason I'm leaving. If I didn't buy my own office, I'd still be here! A few things that stood out during my time: The private offices are soundproofed really well. I never had an issue with noise bleeding in, which matters when you're on client calls all day. Even in the common areas, people were always respectful of the space. Never once dealt with someone being disruptive. The facilities were consistently clean and well-maintained — not just "move-in day clean," but genuinely kept up throughout the entire year I was there. 24/7 access is great! I have to call out Kaylee, the current community manager. She was fantastic. Responsive, genuinely cared about the members, and made the space feel like more than just a place to work. Small things that added up: coffee was always stocked, water available, and the amenities in the common area were solid. If you're looking for a professional, quiet, well-run coworking space — this is it. 5 out of 5, no hesitation.
