However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Seven4ZeroProperties.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Seven4ZeroProperties operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?
