Transformative and Highly Recommended! I highly recommend the Leadership Wisdom Circle lead by Meghan Clarke and team. The format, consisting of five focused 90-minute sessions, provided the perfect balance of commitment and impact. This program truly excels at creating a supportive, confidential space where women can genuinely connect, share insights, and learn how to unlock their individual leadership styles. The success of the experience was deeply rooted in powerful storytelling and content sharing; learning directly from the varied journeys of others was incredibly insightful and enriching. It was a transformative and impactful journey that helped me not only define and grow my own leadership potential but also forge meaningful, valuable new connections. If you are looking for focused growth and genuine community, this experience is a must.

Just completed a great leadership retreat led by Meghan. She was a fantastic facilitator who shared helpful insights and guided us through exercises that encouraged self-reflection and clarity. I left feeling more confident and focused in my leadership and goals.

I had the privilege of attending the Knowing, Not Knowing & Inner Knowing retreat at The Encounter, and it was a truly meaningful experience. The day created space to slow down, reflect, and step away from the constant pace of work and decision-making. Meghan leads in a way that is refreshingly different from the “I have all the answers” style we so often see. Instead, she creates an environment where you are invited to approach your own leadership and life with curiosity—to uncover insights by paying attention to what is already within you. Her extensive training and years of experience allow her to guide with both confidence and humility—modeling authentic vulnerability that encourages others to let go of their masks as well. Each session offered something valuable: grounding in the wisdom we already carry, embracing the uncertainty of “not knowing,” and listening more deeply to our inner guidance. The walking meditation and intentional moments of silence were especially powerful in giving me clarity and perspective. As a leader, I often navigate complexity and uncertainty. This retreat reminded me that confidence doesn’t come from having all the answers, but from creating space to listen and respond with clarity and courage. I left feeling refreshed, re-centered, and better equipped to show up fully for my team and clients. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who leads in high-stakes environments or simply wants to reconnect with themselves in a thoughtful, supportive community.

I participated in the Lead Like it Matters retreat with Meghan and it was well worth every minute and dollar spent. Meghan offered incredible prompts to generate deep reflections. I loved connecting with my fellow participants to learn about them and myself. The day was beautifully planned and flowed with such ease it felt like it was responding to exactly what I needed in the moment. Thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Encounter is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with M E Clarke Consulting, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
