Fantastic location for our leadership offsite! The setup was great (easily and comfortably fit 15), the amenities were perfect, and Emily was the biggest help throughout the day!!
The Encounter was a wonderful venue for our HEY! Steering Committee Retreat. The space was welcoming, comfortable, and conducive to meaningful conversation and planning. A special thank you to Emily for her hospitality and support throughout the process. Her calm, responsive approach helped make the experience seamless from start to finish. Several attendees commented on how much they enjoyed the space and asked how we found it. We would gladly consider hosting future events here. MH

I attended a board strategic planning session here recently and everything was awesome. Kate is welcoming and helpful. Snacks and drinks. Easy to find and park. Space has everything you need for these types of groups. It’s comfortable and bright and easy to work in. We’re back again in a couple weeks with session two!! Highly recommend. Thank you!!
As a professional team facilitator for 31 years and manager of P&G's Thinktank facility (The GYM) for 7 years, I can say that The Encounter provides the ideal environment for a team to thrive in a workshop environment. The Encounter has been curated to enable a range of effective team interactions from Digital Connectivity to Analog (Displayed Thinking) across Team Productivity Tools like Design Thinking, Creative Problem Solving and others. Thanks to our gracious hosts (Meghan and Kate) for enabling the Cincinnati Reuse and Recycling Hub (CRRH) to ideate and action-plan the strategy to take CRRH to the next level. Next-level results require next-level tools and "The Encounter" provides just that.
