Doubled my monthly rate. Be aware, if you sign a yearly contract, the next year contract AUTO-enrolls you. They need 3 month notification to cancel, if not done propertly, they auto enroll to a new yearly contract AND they increased my monthly rate to double monthly payments.

Our company booked a meeting room here this past week and it was the BEST experience. Booking was easy, checking in and getting set up was a breeze, and the receptionist had the WiFi code already on the whiteboard for us when we arrived. Staff was so welcoming and made this really effortless for us. Thank you! We will be back!!!

When you book an office, they have different time slots. A huge one is 8am, if you select it, nobody will be there to let you in. The system accepted my 8am time slot, there was never a cancellation sent to me. I had customers waiting. The receptionist came in at 9am with much attitude, I had to make it clear nobody was blaming her. She could've tried to reach out to someone in management and make it right, she refused, knowing I had customers waiting. My customers and I left. Your company need to remove the time slots when your receptionist is not there. My customers and I have no plans to return. I took my business elsewhere, I lost money that day giving my customers discounts due to your company inconvenience. I reached out to corporate, no response at all.

10/2025 Update: Horrible billing practices. Confusing and not straight-forward since I started with Regus in 2023. I new charge has appears on my account and they have said it should be there, but has never been there before. Customer service directly through the Regus website isn't helpful and they defer to the local center which is hard to get a hold of. Was told someone from the center would call me about this and that has not happened. This is my last year with Regus. I will not be renewing and will take my business elsewhere. --------- 2023: You’ve got to do something about the temperature control. Last time I rented an office it was absolutely freezing! Do I need to wear thermal underwear? - Also, I've had billing issues since the start of my membership: repeated billing for mail forwarding that I never signed up for and still waiting for two reimbursements for this.
