10/2025 Update: Horrible billing practices. Confusing and not straight-forward since I started with Regus in 2023. I new charge has appears on my account and they have said it should be there, but has never been there before. Customer service directly through the Regus website isn't helpful and they defer to the local center which is hard to get a hold of. Was told someone from the center would call me about this and that has not happened. This is my last year with Regus. I will not be renewing and will take my business elsewhere. --------- 2023: You’ve got to do something about the temperature control. Last time I rented an office it was absolutely freezing! Do I need to wear thermal underwear? - Also, I've had billing issues since the start of my membership: repeated billing for mail forwarding that I never signed up for and still waiting for two reimbursements for this.

Booked it from West Coast and had a time zone issue. The room we booked was still open and she charged our card and said we had to repay to go in. She allowed room to sit open and demanded more payment. Never again regus.

I signed up for a monthly agreement for virtual office space, they bill on the 15th of each month for the next month's payment. I ended up in a situation where I needed to help a family member in crisis for about 2 months; during this time I was hardly able to work and unable to keep up on my bills. I received an email on 11/20 that my payment for December was declined. I immediately contacted them and requested our agreement be canceled as I couldn't afford to keep the virtual space into December. They advised me they need 30 days notice to cancel a month to month agreement. I explained the situation I was in and asked if they could work with me. The email support didn't seem interested in my situation or in trying to help me. They were however very interested in making sure they squeezed the next month out of me, even though I was already paid up through the remainder of this month and trying to cancel. If this was a physical office I might understand their perspective more as they may need time to try to get a new tenant to fill my spot. Considering this is a virtual office space, my "late" termination doesn't actually affect them or their business at all (as they are always selling virtual office space). It would be like Netflix making you cancel by the end of October to avoid paying for all of December. Also the whole interaction has just been pretty void of empathy or any actual desire to help. Sometimes you don't get the answer you are looking for, but you know at least you've been heard and understood. That was not the case here lol. They shouldn't bother paying staff to handle email support tickets about billing. Any billing request should be replied to with, "This is the billing AI robot. Pay the money. Follow the rules." "But I don't have the money and I'm asking for help, and the rules aren't reasonable" "Pay the money. Follow the rules." That's basically the conversation anyway lol
