I am currently a tenant at Sinarti I have had my work space for a few months and my experience has been subpar. Building staff (front desk reception) is very pleasant however doesn’t seem to be very knowledgeable on any of the buildings functions (unfortunately upper management is to blame). Building experiences power outages & management continues to blame con Edison, which is impossible because some of building has power. Rent is not cheap & there is no compensation or resolutions discussed with tenants. Some Tenants do not respect common spaces so you’d have to deal with their garbage exposed until cleaning services show up every other day (after your clients have had to deal with using dirty bathrooms or garbage out in common areas). I was very hopeful about my experience here & am truly disappointed. The positive reviews you see here were requested by front desk and as courtesy to her (because she was pleasant) staff complied. If you’re considering this place do yourself a favor and ask the tenants about their experience. Sinarti management needs to do better with their buildings and how they’re handling their paying tenants.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been renting here for the past 7 months, and my experience has been nothing but amazing! As a lash and brow artist, having a clean, modern, and well-maintained building is very important to me — and this place definitely delivers. The building is always spotless and has such a beautiful, upscale feel. The amenities are top-tier free coffee and tea, a fully equipped gym, and a stunning rooftop with incredible city views. I also have to give a special shoutout to Dailiny at the front desk. She’s truly the best! She’s always welcoming and professional, makes sure my packages are delivered safely, and answers all of my questions and concerns with care. She really goes above and beyond for residents. I absolutely love working out of this building. The space is always clean, well maintained, and professional, which makes such a difference for both me and my clients.
