Incredible group!
I've yet to meet someone more passionate about helping businesses with their HR strategy without using fear based tactics to land clients. Lindsay is not only knowledgeable but very understanding and thorough about her work to help each of her clients. Not just Lindsay, ConsciousHR has an entire team that works tremendously hard to help small businesses stay compliant and solve what I believe is the greatest obstacle to a businesses growth —HIRING. The best part is you don't have to hire an entire HR team in house. ConsciousHR is the hack for small businesses to grow and scale while knowing you have a team in your corner who is there to make sure you succeed and cheer you along. Absolutely recommend them! They are also knowledgeable about HR compliance in every state.
