Located off of Jericho Turnpike with quick access to the LIE and Northern State HQ Syosset is a great option for long term rentals and daily options. The front desk staff are extremely welcoming and provide a professional experience for clients you may be hosting. The office is well maintained filled with a number of local and international companies. The current group of renters are always eager to engage and lend a hand. The real highlight of the space is the site manager Veshean, and Marian who always goes above and beyond. They are always available to assist and provide outstanding support. If you are looking for a space to rent or just a place for a daily meeting you can’t go wrong with Veshean and Marian at the front desk.

I can't say enough about the stellar service at HQ Syosset! The environment is always clean, comfortable, and inviting, making it a pleasure to work here. What truly sets this location apart is the exceptional team, especially Vishean, the Manager, and Emeily, his Assistant. Vishean’s leadership is evident in every aspect of the office, from the smooth operations to the welcoming atmosphere. He is professional, helpful, and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure everyone’s needs are met. Emeily is equally wonderful—pleasant, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Together, they create a unique and outstanding experience that you won’t find in other shared office spaces. HQ Syosset is truly a gem, thanks to this incredible team. Highly recommend!

I fAm frequently at HQ Syosset and I can’t say enough about how outstanding the staff is, especially Vishean and Emeily. They truly make being in this office space enjoyable and are always incredibly helpful. Having visited numerous locations for closings throughout the New York area, this is by far the best space I’ve come across. Highly recommend!
