This is my first negative review since reviewing online. Have been a customer for two years. Left in April, have not gotten my retainer aka security deposit back, no one to talk to, no real humans involved everything is done through a difficult online portal.

They make it inordinately difficult to cancel subscription, the facilities are "meh", and you're dealing with the global corporate bureaucracy instead of any local service.

Most expensive rates in the local office market! Do not recommend, they wanted to charge me $1480 a month for a 92sq office!

We have been working together for a couple years and figured to write this review. We are a start-up business, and Regus offered perfect office and mail solutions for what we need. Our business really finds the immediate support and responsiveness from the Suffern NY Regus staff very helpful. The staff routinely have gone above and beyond to assist us and support our business to grow. For that, we are grateful to be working with the kind crew at Suffern that also seem to well represent the bigger value of Regus as a whole. Excellent office.

Never imagined they’d raise the price on my office while I was occupying it but they did! Don’t even try reading the fine print, there will always be more that they don’t tell you! So distasteful and appalling. Stay away, no matter how good it may look!
