I had a negative experience with Regus related to lease terms and billing practices. My agreement included an auto-renewal clause, which extended the lease for an additional year at a significantly higher rate (from $500 to $775/month). This occurred while I was unavailable due to a medical situation. At the same time, outstanding balances were sent to collections, yet the lease was still renewed and additional charges continued to accrue on top of the amounts already referred to collections. When I contacted Regus to discuss a potential early termination or settlement, I was told they do not negotiate these matters and that the account would be referred to “evictions” and that they would “ruin my credit” if I didn’t pay them. They failed to mention that commercial evictions do not impact your background in the same way as residential. I feel like I was essentially duped and coerced into paying thousands of dollars for a second year at an increased rate that I didn’t want. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a lease to review all terms carefully—especially renewal provisions—and to clarify how billing, collections, and termination are handled.

Terrible company. Unique combination of "global company indifference / local company unsophistication". Space itself is mostly ok and even nice but the administrative support is greatly lacking and so everything seems fine on paper until you have a question about an invoice, need to make a switch to your contract, or disagree about the timeliness of when a credit is refunded (I speak from experience on all of these). Also, while they promise you the ability to easily switch your contract to a different geography, it never really works out that way in practice because their "global rates" are not honored or the same type of space is simply not available. Worst of all, the sales team promises one thing but there is no way after you sign the contract to get admin and finance staff (located in Florida, where the foreign corporate owner has its U.S. offices, from what I understand) to implement what was promised. There is also no direct line to a global support center, so when things go bad you are forced to keep going back to the same local boots on the ground who may have caused your problem to begin with, rather than allow you to contact the global team yourself. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Regus - Rye and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
