I've had an amazing experience at SPOT Cowork over the past few years. It has played a huge role in helping me grow my nutrition business by providing a professional, welcoming space where I could meet with clients and build my practice. Prior to SPOT I was meeting clients out of a coffee shop, and while that was good for a season, moving to SPOT really helped me level up. The community is one of the best parts. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. As a small business owner, it's been so valuable to be surrounded by other entrepreneurs or employees who create such a positive environment. And.. just people working in general! So much more motivating to be working in an environment like this as opposed to my kitchen, living room or a coffee shop. The facility itself is always clean, well maintained, and inviting, and there's plenty of convenient parking, which makes things easy for both me and my clients. I love that they don't have to park on the street or wrestle to find the location. I also really appreciate how organized the operations are. From booking spaces to day to day logistics, everything runs smoothly, making it easy to focus on my business instead of worrying about the details. They have also been very forgiving when I have fallen short of at times, guiding me in a kind way to stay aligned with the operating rules of the space. The community managers deserve a special thank you. They have always been responsive, supportive, and encouraging. They've been open to my ideas, willing to help however they can, and have consistently gone above and beyond to support the growth of my business. It's clear they genuinely care about the people who work there. Special thanks to Jim who nudged me to go for a private office, which was a game changer for my business. I would highly recommend SPOT Cowork to anyone looking for more than just office space. It's a place where businesses can truly grow, supported by an incredible team and an outstanding community.

Jim was very helpful and able to go above and beyond to accommodate me last minute on a large file upload. SPOT has the highest internet speeds I’ve seen in Rochester, and is a great place to get some work done. Highly recommend.

I worked at the spot for the day as I was on the road visiting family. DK at the front desk greeted me with a smile and welcoming professionalism. I was set up immediately with my own space, which had a giant monitor. Huge perk! The space was quiet, yet welcoming. I loved working at SPOT Coworking. I didn't have to go downtown and fight with parking. It was warm and inviting and had all the amenities, plus what you would be looking for. 10/10 highly recommend! I will for sure work here again when I visit again.
