Fantastic! I was passing through the area and needed a workspace. I hopped online. WWS website online booking was easy to access. I booked the night before, after business hours, for a space the following day at starting at 8am. Other workspaces in the region had restrictions on bookings less than 24 hrs in advance and no one available to connect with live after business hours. WWS online booking was fast as well as affordable. The morning of, I received a text from the proprietor of the workspace who then greeted me when I arrived to give me a tour of the space. The space is modern, beautiful and thoughtful with regard to the different type of needs over the course of a workday. Street parking only - be aware of that before you arrive and you won't be annoyed :) They also list it on their website. Thank You WWS for the great experience. Highly recommend.

Wireworks is an amazing community and facility. I've been working remotely since the pandemic and was one of the first tenants. Since 2021, its been an incredible environment that balances professionalism with a social warmth that makes it a pleasure to come in to day after day. Thank you to Sisha for making it such a beautiful, impactful addition to Newburgh!

Thank goodness for Wireworks! Located in downtown Newburgh, this coworking space is of utmost quality. Housed in a historic industrial building, the space has all the modern amenities and a creative community. The “industrial-loft turned creative workspace” vibe is well run, clean, and has all the tech equipment needed for team work while also having the flexibility of being an individual worker. (Kudos for having a bike rack!) Another plus is the surrounding neighborhood which has incredible food choices, quality coffee, well-stocked bookstore, and access to after-work watering holes. Thank you for this invigorating space!

We have been a tenant for over a year and have had a great experience. The spaces are thoughtfully designed, flexible, and well maintained. There are multiple work environments for both privacy and collaborative work. It's both low-key and professional.

A thoughtful reimagining of an historic space and a welcome addition to the community. Management is friendly and professional.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Wireworks.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Wireworks, who is more than happy to help out.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Wireworks - Newburgh provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.
