Our Midtown West location is situated in the heart of the Garment District and Penn Plaza. We are close to most subway lines including the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, B, D, F, and M, and just blocks from New York Port Authority and Penn Station. Our center encompasses the entire 16th floor of our building, totaling over 10,000 SF, on 38th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue. We are within steps of great restaurants and shopping, 12 minutes from Central Park, and 16 minutes from Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park. We are less than a half hr away from all NYC airports.

I came here for a massage, but the air conditioning wasn't working. The massage therapists here said the problem wasn't their fault and that the company was responsible for not turning on the air conditioning. It's truly shameful that a company claiming to provide 24/7 service would put its tenants in such an unpleasant situation.

I have been renting an office here for the past three years, and unfortunately, my experience over the last two months has been extremely disappointing. The AC has not been working properly, especially on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I specifically work on weekends, and despite the offices being advertised as having 24/7 access, the AC is often turned off or simply not working during those days. I have emailed management three times regarding this issue and have not received any response or meaningful follow-up. This has become a serious problem, especially for me and my clients who have to work in an uncomfortable environment. After being a tenant here for three years, I find this level of communication and service unacceptable. I am now seriously considering finding another office if this issue is not resolved soon. Management really needs to address this problem and take their tenants’ concerns seriously. This is not the level of service I would expect after being a tenant for three years.

I have been a very satisfied client of TKO Suites @ West 38th Street for over 2 years now, and as a small business owner, the space and the staff there are exactly what I need to operate efficiently. The offices are quiet, well-equipped, and reception has been top-shelf. A special shout-out to Funmi & Cece who are awesome!
