Fix the AC. I’ve asked repeatedly. You ignored it. Two of my clients fainted because of the heat. That’s not a minor inconvenience—that’s dangerous and negligent. Your front desk is useless, and rebecca (manager?) is rude, aggressive, and clearly not doing her job. She’s a walking liability. Your idea of fixing the ventilation? You tore out four ceiling panels and then shat debris all over my equipment—there’s construction garbage and nasty dust on top of my iPad, my printer, the floor, my table—everywhere. No warning. No call. No email. You let someone into my unit without permission while I have expensive gear in there. That’s unacceptable. And it gets better: I once walked in to find you showing my unit to random people—again, no notice, even though I still had an active contract with you. You were literally trying to rent it out behind my back. This place is a joke. Filthy, mismanaged, and shady as hell. Garbage piles up next to the fridge every night, the whole place reeks, and now I’ve got rat-infested vents and dust choking my workspace. If I were you, I’d consider to get fixed immediately, I’m reporting the whole situation to the Health Department and whoever else needs to hear about it.

The worst service ever. They don’t fix things, terrible management, it’s dirty and full of garbage, anyone can get in and it’s extremely unfriendly.
