Reviews
I had to take an important meeting and needed a quiet space. I was guided by Mckay and Devin and found great place to get work done and I went ahead and booked the conference room. The coffee was also great and loved the community. Fantastic space for networking too.
Lincoln Square has the absolute best community managers (big shout out to McKay and Devin)! Additionally, the convenience of so many co-working spaces throughout the city and BK makes the membership invaluable.
THE BEST!
I've really enjoyed being a member at The Yard. The space is comfortable and has a good energy—it's the perfect balance of professional and welcoming. One of the biggest reasons I've had such a positive experience is McKay. He's incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about the members. Whether it's a quick question, a request, or something that needs attention, he's always on top of it and makes things easy. I would absolutely recommend The Yard to anyone looking for a co-working space in the city.
One of the best coworkers spaces in NYC. The staff are so kind, welcoming, and attentive. The space is always so cute and the energy of environment is always so positive. I feel like I’m able to get my work done in a great space of head.
Frequently Asked Questions

Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
