The Malin Nomad

The Malin will expand its Manhattan footprint into the heart of NoMad, taking a significant step north to the iconic Park Avenue South. We’ve transformed the 5th floor at 387 Park Avenue South—spanning nearly 20,000 square feet—into a thoughtfully designed workspace featuring 10 private offices, 4 meeting rooms, 18 dedicated desks, 16 phone booths, a library, and a kitchen. The Malin NoMad will complement our downtown presence, anchoring The Malin’s reach with a beautiful northern bookend just steps from Madison Square Park.
