Facilities are ample and at a great price point for such a desirable location. However, it’s connected to a food hall, so there’s a faint smell of grease throughout the day. Your clothes will smell like fried food when you get home.

The staff here is absolutely awful. Ray in particular, Ray was consistently rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful. There is zero customer care—people are treated like an inconvenience rather than paying clients who deserve basic respect. This place should be avoided entirely. It’s a clear example of a business with potential being dragged down by poor management and unprofessional behavior from staff like Ray.

The Farm is a great place to head if you need a desk away from home. The space is comfortable, not too crowded and plenty of spaces for calls and meetings. I have attended a large company meeting there, with plenty of space for breakouts and have used it between meetings when in the city. And you can't beat the location. Highly recommend.
