We’ve been renting 2 offices for the last year (10 people). The WiFi is terrible. It drops at least once a day for a few seconds. Today they had an outage on the Spaces app, which is needed to get a WiFi password. No one was able to get WiFi, and we all ended up going home

Absolutely do not trust any part of your business to this location. Like Daniel's experience below, our mail service suddenly was at the whim of a wholly incompetent center staff member, and important items (including a check) were inexplicably returned to sender. Management unfurled a rotating series of equally implausible explanations--none of which took responsibility or attempted to fix the situation and each of which contradicted the ones prior. Rest assured that their private responses and solutions are not much better than the AI-generated slop you see here. In October we moved down 14th street to WeWork for coworking and virtual office service and are paying less for actual helpful center staff and management and an altogether pleasant atmosphere. Rest assured, though, that we're still being haunted by phantom charges and invoices that will likely require outside intervention to undo. We've had better luck with other Spaces locations--particularly outside of the U.S. Do not trust your business or productivity to this location or others managed by this team.

We have been tenants at this location since they opened. More recently the staff refuses business mail and local management is not responding to de-escalate the situation. Other Spaces locations we use are working just fine. Totally unnecessary. If you are looking in fall 2025 for a office location you may want to look elsewhere. As for their response below - several tickets have been raised and no action have been taken. Its incredible frustrating and anyone considering SPACES/REGUS should keep in mind that clients do come second once one is signed.

Needed an office in nyc and found Spaces. The staff was friendly and I had a pleasant stay. The office I had was a decent size. Chairs and desk were comfortable. I would come back to work here for sure. Nice area to hang out in after work too. Plenty of lunch spots around in case you need to step out for lunch.
