We’ve been with Servcorp for two years plus and the experience has consistently been excellent. The space strikes a rare balance. It feels both professional and relaxed at the same time. The office is cozy yet highly efficient, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Seeking office space in New York is no small task. I visited numerous offices most if which were clearly over priced and poorly suited. The Servcorp 6th Avenue offices are a clear "best in class" in terms of location, office space, office amenities, and overall service. We were greeted by a wonderful and welcoming staff. Lease negotiations & signature were seamless and move in was done in less than a week after our first visit. Their international locations make it very convenient for us to meet with our clients and colleagues when traveling. I encourage everyone looking for centrally located high end and affordable offices to check out this location
