We recently used Serendipity Labs for temporary office space, and the experience was excellent. Their policies are very reasonable, and the environment is both professional and welcoming. A special thanks to Valerie and Melissa, who were incredibly accommodating and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely use Serendipity Labs again for any future temporary office needs.

Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Serendipity Labs - Grand Central has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs and Meeting Rooms for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.

Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Serendipity Labs.
