UPDATE: After escalating through my credit card company, the late fees were ruled in my favor — yet Regus has continued to apply additional late fees and rebill charges related to the same issue. I’ve now had to dispute multiple charges just to keep my account in good standing, all while paying under protest to avoid service disruption. The lack of accountability and follow-through has only worsened. -- I’ve been a virtual Regus member for over 5 years and have always appreciated the convenience, but lately the experience has been frustrating. Despite being on AutoPay, they keep charging me late fees and refuse to reverse them—even though I’ve been told more than 70 other members are experiencing the same issue. There’s no phone number to call, and the general manager, Oscar Valenzuela, hasn’t responded to any of my emails. If you’re looking for office space, I’d suggest waiting a few months to see if Regus can sort out some of these ongoing issues before signing up. ETA: I’ve called the front desk more than five times, emailed Oscar twice, called him twice, and submitted two help requests through the online dashboard—all without a single response.

I looked at many office space options in soho & Tribeca before finding the perfect spot. Overall, the Regus soho is very clean (including bathrooms), the staff is awesome (doormen & the employees at Regus), it’s very quiet which I didn’t realize was so important to us, reasonably priced, good Wi-Fi (for our office & main areas), 2hrs free conference room per day & most importantly, great lighting. I like the idea of community at weworks but they were so overcrowded, overpriced, & loud. Other Regis’s I’ve seen in the area didn’t have as great of daylighting. Location is everything.
