I came to this address to visit a different business with the exact same address. Mistakes happen, turns out that business only operated virtually. The black receptionist was one of the rudest woman I’ve ever met, and was extremely hostile when I inquired about the business I was looking for. She literally told me to never come back, and got angry when I matched her ugly energy. The business that was in place might be in a nice location, but having her as the receptionist is a big mistake. There was zero sense of customer service, and for someone who is meant to help others out, her energy was nothing but self entitlement.

Tremaine is actually helpful and responsive. And proactive. Well maintained place too. I have seen too many Regus receptionists who act like they don’t care and they cannot be bothered. What a breath of fresh air when you come across a Regus associate who picks up the phone and addresses your queries promptly and professionally

Worst service I've ever seen. After filling the online form I got a call with the most impatient man ever. If I am giving my money for a company the least I expect is basic courtesy. I asked what location would be the cheapest in NYC to create my start up and he just said 'I can't filter by price, we have over 60 locations in NYC' and HUNG UP! I am sorry if you cannot do your job to the point of having no clue which locations might be cheaper to advise your customers. That is not my role to do, as you literally don't show the fares online. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere and always advice people against this company. Will also stop using their services in Brazil after many years, it's a shame such a big company has such bad customer service.

My regular office is in Hackensack. That is a great office but I come to 5 Penn Plaza every year during tax season as I am a CPA. This place is great also. The facilities are beautiful but more important, Tremaine Walker is the person who is the receptionist and she is great. She has helped with with any problems i had to set up and is always there for any type of assistance. Be advised.. I am not her relative or friend Dennis Stamm CPA
