From the moment I walked in on my first day, Yogita set the tone for everything. As the receptionist and admin at SPACES, she had an incredible ability to make you feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. Yogita strikes a rare balance: she is one of the friendliest, most positive people you’ll encounter. She works there sometimes 6 days a week and is still very positive. The wider SPACES team here reflects that same standard, they are an amazing group of people Aminah and Nate. But Yogita truly stands out. She deserved far more recognition. I enjoy my time here seeing Yogita, Aminah & Nate. They are extremely supportive. If you’re considering SPACES, know that you’re in very good hands from this team.

Our experience filming at the Spaces location in the Chrysler Building was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the team's professionalism and hospitality were exceptional. A special thank you to Gesner Dulaurier and Aminah A. for being incredibly helpful and ensuring every detail of our visit was handled seamlessly. Their coordination, including managing security for our full production team, made the entire process efficient and stress-free. As previous office tenants there, we were treated incredibly well by Gesner and loved the space. The 9th-floor office space and the 1st-floor areas provided a stunning, professional backdrop that perfectly suited our needs. It is rare to find a workspace that balances iconic Manhattan architecture with such an attentive and supportive staff. We are proud to have our virtual office at this location and look forward to our continued partnership.

Yogita is the best at this location! She is always on top of her job and answers promptly! Regus and Spaces would be dumb to let her go. Location is clean and security is on point.

The company I work for moved to Spaces in the Chrysler Building at the end of July 2025 from a regular office type set up. It has been is very convenient for those taking public transportation, not only for Metro North but also subways and buses as well. The transition has worked well for us. At the main desk, Yogita, Aminah and also Sarah who is now at a different Spaces location have all been very helpful and accommodating with any questions or needs we might have.

The fact is that the difference between a coworking space that you rent and a coworking community that you join is about one thing, and one thing alone: the people. I have been a client of IWG (Regus, Spaces and HQ) for 25+ years and I've been in facilities where I felt that I was just renting space, and facilities where I felt that I was truly part of a community. This location -- Spaces Chrysler Building -- feels clearly like the latter, and it's for two reasons: First, the space is extremely open and warm, which means people naturally congregate and you sense energy that permeates the center. Coming into the Chrysler Building every day is a pinch-yourself moment, and then the center's design provides a sunlit sense of spaciousness thanks to the 9th floor business lounge. And second, the leadership team of Yogita and Amina, with support from Nate, is world-class. They are not only professional, they are personable. They are conversational. They are enthusiastic. They don't hide behind their desks -- they get out and walk the center, chat with the members, and think proactively about what else they can do to help each of us build our businesses here, in the heart of the world's greatest city. Look, this is New York. Being gruff is in our DNA. But when we are warm and connected, we're the best at it. Thanks to this team, I feel that energy every day I come to work. Thank you, Spaces Chrysler Building team!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Spaces to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Spaces.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Spaces - New York City - Chrysler Building is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
