WARNING: THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING REGUS – NEW YORK CITY My experience with Regus has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting an office or purchasing services from this company to do their homework before making any commitment. In my experience, I have faced excessive charges, money being taken from my account without my permission, and charges for services that I was not receiving. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should never have to worry about unauthorized withdrawals, unexplained billing, or paying for services that are not being delivered. What makes this situation particularly frustrating is the time, money, and energy a customer has to spend trying to address these problems. A company that takes payments from its customers has a responsibility to be transparent about its charges, obtain proper authorization, and deliver what it promises. I have lost trust in Regus based on my experience, and I would not recommend this company. A well-known name does not automatically mean a company provides reliable service or treats its customers fairly. My advice to other business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals is simple: be extremely cautious. Read the fine print, save every email and contract, question unexpected charges, and monitor your payment accounts carefully. Customers work hard for their money. They deserve honest business practices, dependable services, and professional customer support—not billing disputes and unnecessary headaches. Regus needs to take these concerns seriously and address them with real accountability. Based on my experience, I would think twice before entering into any agreement with this company.

Would not recommend. The office managers were very rude and unprofessional when I spoke with them. I needed a high quality office space, and I am sure the rooms were of great quality. But I would not recommend doing business with Regus. There are definitely better companies to work with. Just look at the lack of real reviews, and you’ll see that.
