If you are looking for a professional, high-energy, and impeccably managed coworking environment, look no further. My experience at this Regus location has been nothing short of stellar. First Impressions & Atmosphere: From the moment you walk into the building, you’re greeted by a stunning, modern lobby that immediately sets a high-end tone for the workday. It’s the kind of entrance that makes you feel proud to bring clients in. World-Class Management: The true heart of this location is the staff. The Office Manager, Mohamed, is a total standout and all-star. He is the definition of professionalism and runs an incredibly tight ship. He is always available to answer any questions or tackle concerns the second they pop up. Thanks to his leadership, the office remains: * Spotlessly clean * Highly organized * Seamlessly efficient A Warm & Professional Welcome: I also want to give a special shout-out to Elaine, the receptionist who was here yesterday (February 2nd). She is absolutely phenomenal—bringing a cheerful, infectious energy to our front desk. She is a perfect representation of what professional hospitality should look like. She was at reception at our other Regus office location before we moved office space to this location, and we experienced the same happy-go-lucky energy! The Verdict: Between Mohamed’s expert management and Elaine’s welcoming presence, this isn't just a "coworking space." They have managed to make this office feel like a family and a second home. I couldn’t recommend this location more highly!

By far the worst experience I've had so far at any workspace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Please use WeWork. Never received an invoice for my stay and when I finally did, it had a late fee on it of $55. Support is non-existent here, had to file a case which was denied of course. Then I try to pay (I booked as a guest), they kept telling me to pay through my account - I don't have an account! Then they sent me a weird link to pay through that didn't accept cc or even have invoice details on there. Just enter an amount to pay and your debit card. They said they don't take card over the phone even though I booked over the phone. I was finally able to get an account setup and pay my bill - with a late fee that should not be on there.. Now today I receive a notice that my overdue payment will go to collections. Also, was told my room would have windows, no windows and most don't have tvs. Company was looking for a long-term workspace, they made it an easy decision to go to WeWork.

Tashera and Mellisa are the best! Great service and central location make this Regus one of the best office-rental spaces I have come across in Manhattan.

Things have certainly changed and the new staff is amazing and attentive. The new manager was an improvement here as well.
