Worst service. No value for a customers words. I’ve been a customer of Regus for over four years at their 57 West 57th Street location, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My contract was automatically renewed on December 1, 2025, despite the fact that I had not received any services since mid-2025 and did not see any renewal notification. When I contacted customer service on December 19 to request cancellation, I was told someone would follow up—but that never happened. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was ultimately informed that nothing could be done, even though I clearly explained that I was not receiving any services and should not be charged for a full year under those circumstances. It’s especially frustrating as a long-term customer to feel like that loyalty carries no weight when issues arise. I’ve now requested that the account at least not renew again, but overall, the lack of flexibility and customer support has been very disappointing. I would advise others to carefully monitor renewal terms and communications, as resolving issues after the fact appears to be extremely difficult.

My name is Selma Winston, and I am with Columbus Circle Capitol. We currently have an office at your 57th Street location. I am writing to share my positive experience with one of your employees. Nahid has been very helpful with our last-minute conference room requests and has gone out of his way to ensure we have everything we need. It has been a pleasure working with him. We look forward to working with him in the future. Even when one of our team members misplaced the WiFi login, Nahid was very prompt in providing it. Numerous times! I wanted to leave an official Google review, but I couldn't find where to do it. Please let Nahid know we appreciate him going the extra mile.

This space is among my favorite Regus locations to work out of. The manager, Nahid, is fantastic.

The space is below average, there is nobody to speak to and they do not give you back your security deposit. If I could give zero stars I would. Hopefully people reading this will Go to any other company to find a place to work.

DO NOT RENT HERE. We were Mislead and manipulated to extend my lease longer than I needed or wanted. They only care about MONEY MONEY MONEY. Still haven’t found an appropriate contact to help with my issue, they are hiding behind screens and not giving us the appropriate contact to handle the issue.
