I was looking for an office to start my new business. I toured all the co-working spaces around grand central before deciding on “Spaces”, which is Regis’s higher end brand. I am a few months into my lease and so so so glad I chose this spot. We Work was like a bus station - so many people going in and out, super crowded. The lobby was also hard to find, I walked right past it. Other offices didn’t have updated finishes that I would be proud to show investors/employees. Spaces felt like the best mix between a lively office (being around other businesses/energy is part of the draw), but also a professional work space to be productive. John & Kris at the front are the most kind and helpful managers I could have asked for, and make every morning bright, while also being super responsive and thorough with questions as I set up my office, on board employees, etc. I am so glad to have my company at Spaces!

I warn you. Do not trust Regus / Spaceworks. This business will show a series of deceptive behaviors. When your lease gets over, they won’t return your deposit back. With no legal ground, they won’t return or do anything. After months after you request for your deposit money back and no responses, You will have to report to public authorities to fight for this matter. You will also need to do that or simply lose your money as they intend.
