Truly a horrible experience. Non existent support, hidden weird fees every month on my bill and no one to call to discuss this with. Now out of nowhere I’m charged over $4000. The place itself is outdated with horrible furniture.

Worst customer service

Lincoln Park Auto Repair Service

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went to this Regus location to collect my mail, and the front desk staff treated me with unbelievable rudeness and disrespect. Not only did they fail to locate my mail, but when I asked for help with closing my account, they acted like I was a nuisance and tried to brush me off. When I pushed back and insisted on proper assistance, the employee threatened to call security on me — for simply asking for basic service. Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable behavior. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a professional environment. Avoid this location at all costs if you expect even the slightest level of courtesy or professionalism.
