There’s literally no AC or HVAC so this space will routinely hit 80+ degrees. It’s miserable. You can’t beat the price though.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. Samuel Rodrigues lied and was deceptive of the product he was selling me. This is an incredibly deceitful company and I advise everyone to look elsewhere.

The offices are ok, but the service and booking of the offices can be a challenge. The clarity of the service received the getting into the building is a challenge as Regus and the host building management system is not smooth so names and timings are not always seamless. This causes unnecessary stress when you are getting in to set up

This place is a dump. Rented a room for 5 people for a deposition and the room was big enough to fit comfortably 3, but they insisted that was their 5 person room. The printer didn’t work our first day of depositions and the front desk girl gave us attitude about it. The second day of depositions, it fixed but she wouldn’t tell me how to make an account to print the documents so she had to charge a $19 admin fee. When she gave me the documents for the $19 fee they printed out of order and she blamed it on being “a machine”. Will never book this location again.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • At Regus - New York City - 100 Church Street, Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
