No help. No staff. 9am and no one seems to work here.

Earlier this month, I needed a one-day office in New York, and Compton made the entire process effortless. He was kind, responsive, and incredibly professional from start to finish. What stood out most was his top tier customer care. It’s rare to experience service this thoughtful and efficient. Compton truly sets the standard.

I had an excellent experience at Regus – New York City – 260 Madison. The space is clean, professional, and very well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything needed, which makes working here smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—easy to access and surrounded by great spots for meetings, coffee, and lunch. The offices and common areas are comfortable, quiet, and ideal for productivity. Overall, a top-tier workspace and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a professional environment in NYC.

To say I’m disappointed with this location, and the service provided by Regus, would be a major understatement. I arrived at the location with no access instructions provided by Regus. Luckily the building security guard was able to at least direct me to the correct area. I was able to get into the office, but there were no instructions on where to sit, or how to access any amenities or even information on where the restroom was. The weather over the weekend was very bad, so I didn’t expect an employee to be there, instead there was a sign with a phone number and email address. I called the number, which rang the front desk, so obviously no one answered or returned my call. I then emailed the provided address multiple times requesting information and direction on where to sit/work. 24 hours later I still haven’t received any response from Regus (except the bill, of course). I ended up working in the lunchroom on an extremely uncomfortable chair and barely any workspace. I was told by a tenant that they just call the lunchroom a co-working space and that technically the lounge is also, but that was, of course, locked and unavailable. After one hour I had enough and left. I’m disappointed at how poor of an experience this was. I have utilized and even recommended Regus in the past when needing to work on the road, but based on this experience I could never recommend them again. As a side note, I did try to share my experience to Regus directly, but even the survey they send was poorly designed and did not allow for providing adequate feedback. I would avoid using Regus, and especially this location, unless absolutely necessary.
