Overall the hotel is nice, a little bit of a walk to soho and broadway shopping areas but location is reasonably good. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful! The rooms are small and I mean small!! There is no hanging space other than a few hangers they give you to hang your clothing on some railing next to TV, luggage storage is in very tight cavities under the bed so you if have a large suitcase good luck, if you do manage to get it in you will be dragging your luggage in and out of this very tight confined space daily to access you stuff! The sink basically hits you in the face as soon as you open the door, if you’re travelling with friends and you need privacy this place isn’t for you, toilet and showers are basically in middle of room with nowhere to dry off other than shower itself! Beds are uncomfortable and small! I’m 5’7 and my feet were hanging off the end! For the price point you can do better. Lobby bar and area are nice and good to hang or for a drink, can get very crowded end of week with nightclub goers etc in and around the hotel, hopefully you don’t have a low or high floor.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Moxy, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Moxy - Lower East Side Factory Loft operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
