Nothing but good things to say. House keeping always kind, helpful and friendly. In addition to always respectfully cleaning the room daily. Staff friendly and helpful. Cute little hotel with a beautiful lounge, upstairs cantina, and beautiful club. The location was perfect too.

Too much noise during the night due to concerts hall just in front... Impossible to sleep between 1 and 4 am...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I felt I should. The hotel itself is average, and I’ve stayed in simple places before without any problems. The main issue was the manager. Every interaction I had with her felt tense and unprofessional. When I asked questions about my reservation, she responded in a way that made me feel like I was bothering her, even though I was just trying to understand the situation.

Not the best stay. Check in was OK even with their systems down. What I didn't like was I was put on a low floor facing the concert hall. I was woken up throughout the night by the loading of equipment and dumpsters
