This is our fourth year using Jay Suites for our annual company meetings, and they continue to go above and beyond every single time. Our experience with both the venue and the entire crew has been consistently exceptional. The team is incredible across the board - from the booking process to coordinating logistics and even helping receive food deliveries ahead of the meeting. They are always very responsive, organized, and genuinely helpful. They assisted with setup, organized the food, and handled cleanup both between our breakfast and lunch, and afterward—all so thoroughly that the space remained spotless and welcoming throughout the entire event. Their attention to detail and willingness to jump in wherever needed made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off our team. We’re eternally grateful for their support and professionalism, and we truly enjoy working with them year after year. We look forward to continuing this partnership for future events. Highly recommend!

515 Madison Jay Suites Midtown East is a flexible, accommodating, clean and bright space. It was so easy to book and they offered incredible customer service to make sure everything was right. Highly recommend and will continue to use and book Jay Suites spaces and specifically this location for executive meetings, board meetings, and other important meetings for our business. An incredibly reliable resource and great value.

We recently held our event Jay Suites, 515 Madison Avenue, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The space was absolutely spotless, impeccably maintained and beautifully prepared for our gathering. Access was incredibly easy, and the location could not be more convenient. The subway entrance is right next door, making it very simple for guests to arrive by public transportation. Despite being in such a central area, the space felt quiet, private, and perfectly suited for a focused and meaningful event. We will certainly return for future gatherings and wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a clean, accessible, and well-managed space in the heart of the city.

had a great experience using Jay Suites offices at 515 Madison Ave. Beautiful building, conference room was beautifully furnished, clean and well organized. Great staff support and help. Booking was super easy, thanks to Juda Srour, it was effortless. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
