Lauren is one of the rare good ones and a huge reason why I come here a few times a week. The location itself is easily accessible with so many food and happy hour options if you're developing business after work. But back to Lauren! She is super-duper friendly, helpful, tidy and organized, which reflects on the cowork space itself. If you need a home base to for some deep work and calls in the middle of the day, don't sleep on Indy - it's a great place to be.

Lauren was a great host! I've been to quite a few Industrious locations across the city & she was definitely one of the most helpful (full tour, finding space, printing, etc.). This location is really great for those with Access memberships because there is a lot of open space on multiple floors and tons of phone booths. I know in many other Industrious locations in NYC a lot of the space is not available to Access members but that is not the case here. Also quite convenient to Penn Station & Port Authority! Thanks for a great visit, Lauren! Will def be back.
