I visited here as the guest of a Regus client. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who created a great first impression. She gave clear direction. The waiting area was clean. When I got to the office, I was very impressed. The office was clean, fresh, with a great view. It was an overall great experience.

I’ve had a great experience at this Regus location. The space is clean, professional, and easy to work in. Jade at the front desk is especially awesome. She’s always friendly, polite, and on top of things. She doesn’t disappear for long stretches and she's not one to be glued to her mobile phone either. You can tell she works hard and genuinely cares about the clients here. Only problem is that this place is booked 100%. Was hoping to switch to a window office but no inventory. But to me it seems the others like working out of this location too. I don't know why anyone would post a negative review about this location or Jade.

In my experience the Park ave location is the cleanest and most modern of their NYC properties. The staff has always been friendly and Jade is a wonderful help with all our office needs, she goes above and beyond her responsibilities to assist with any issues that may arise throughout the day. She is a great asset to the Regus team.

We have been here since 2020. Love the location. Jade Figueroa is the best- she goes beyond the call of duty and waters my plants when I am off for my long trips. Space is great: airy and bright.
